Avgolemono is usually a common Greek sauce of hen broth, egg yolks and lemon juice; the addition of a tad more rooster broth, rice and shredded rooster turns it into a fulfilling soup.Loukoumades are modest Chunk-sized Greek doughnuts that come sprinkled with sugar syrup, walnuts and cinnamon. They are some of my all-time favourite Greek dishes.
